1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Idakadam, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Platform Nature

Idakadam is a technology platform facilitating property discovery, bookings, and trust-based transactions. We are not:

  • A real estate agent
  • A property owner
  • A financial institution

We provide digital infrastructure only.

3. Account Registration

Users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Complete required verification
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:

  • Fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Abuse of platform
  • Violation of law

4. Credits System

Idakadam operates a digital credit system for bookings and services.

  • Credits must be purchased before use.
  • Credits are non-transferable.
  • Credits have validity as stated at time of purchase.

5. No Refund Policy (Strict)

Once credits are purchased:

  • NO refunds will be issued.
  • NO reversals will be processed.
  • NO cancellations will result in monetary refunds.

This applies to:

  • Credit purchases
  • Tier upgrades
  • Subscription fees
  • Administrative fees

6. No Refund of Succession or Processing Fees

Any fees related to:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Bank transaction fees
  • Processing fees
  • Succession/administrative fees
  • Legal handling fees

are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide truthful information
  • Not misuse the platform
  • Not bypass platform systems
  • Not engage in fraudulent negotiations

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Permanent ban
  • Legal action

8. Limitation of Liability

Idakadam is not liable for:

  • Property misrepresentation
  • Failed negotiations
  • Seller or buyer misconduct
  • Market fluctuations
  • Third-party payment failures

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Disputes shall be resolved within Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
