Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 11, 2026

1. Overview

Idakadam operates a strict no-refund digital services policy.

2. Credits Purchases

Once digital credits are purchased:

  • The transaction is final.
  • No refunds will be provided.
  • Credits cannot be converted back into cash.

This applies to:

  • Local Sri Lankan users
  • Sri Lankan expatriates
  • International users

3. Tier Upgrades

Upgrades to premium tiers (e.g., Pro, Ready, Verified tiers) are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-reversible
  • Non-transferable

4. Transaction Fees

Payment gateway fees, administrative fees, and succession charges are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Not recoverable under any condition

5. Failed Usage

If a user:

  • Does not use credits
  • Changes mind
  • Cancels after purchase
  • Disputes charge due to personal reasons

No refund will be granted.

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Duplicate payment is confirmed
  • Technical billing error caused by platform fault

Such cases are reviewed at sole discretion of Idakadam management.
